1. Consignor Sales Payout

When entrusting your items for consignment, our commitment is to provide a fair and efficient payout system. For each sale, 50% of the proceeds are allocated to you, the consignor, while the remaining 50% is retained by our company. Checks are typically credited or mailed on the 7th day following the completion of a 30-day sales cycle. 

2. Consignment Period

You will be assigned a unique client ID number that will correspond to each of your items for sale. Your items will be held in our consignment inventory for a total of 90 days. If your items remain unsold after 90 days, they will be donated to a charitable organization.

3. Item Selection and Acceptance

We welcome a wide range of items for consignment, including vintage and antique pieces of 

home decor, lamps, art, books, women’s clothing, jewelry, and small pieces of furniture.

Ensure that all items are in superb, like-new condition, and have been meticulously cleaned, pressed, and neatly folded before placing them in a bag. Items are subject to a maximum limit of 25 items per client.

4. Pricing

We will evaluate your items and set their prices based on the information you provide, as well as an in-person assessment. It is mutually advantageous to price items at fair market value with the ultimate and practical goal of selling each item within the initial month of consignment. After 30 days, all items will be marked down by 25%. If an item remains in our shop after 60 days, it will receive an additional 50% off the original price.

5. Termination of Agreement

Our consignment agreement is valid for 90 days. Should you have a change of heart and wish to retrieve your items, please send an email to info@mdorganizers.com before the 90-day mark to halt the sale of your items and arrange for their pickup.
